This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application (the "App"), website at https://taleemtalk.com/ (the "Site"), and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This policy is designed to meet the requirements of the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and UAE regulations.

4. In-App Subscriptions

Payments for Subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google, in compliance with their privacy policies (Apple: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/, Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy). The available Subscription plans are as follows:

  • Monthly Plan

    • Length of Subscription: 1 Month
    • Price: $1.99 USD per month
  • Annual Plan
    • Title: Annual
    • Length of Subscription: 1 Year
    • Price: $14.99 USD per year

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the applicable subscription price ($1.99 USD for Monthly, $14.99 USD for Annual). You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase. Cancellation of the current subscription is not allowed during the active subscription period. We receive limited transaction data to manage your Account and ensure service delivery.

5. Your Rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021, you may have the following rights, subject to legal limitations:

  • Access and Correction: Request access to or correction of your personal information.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your data, subject to retention requirements (e.g., for legal compliance).
  • Objection or Restriction: Object to or restrict certain data processing.
  • Data Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for processing where applicable.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the UAE, such as the United States, for purposes like hosting or analytics. We use safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) to ensure compliance with UAE data protection laws during such transfers.

The Services are not intended for users under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in compliance with UAE laws.   • Account data is retained while your Account is active and for up to 5 years after deletion, unless otherwise required.

  • Analytics data is retained for up to 5 years for service improvement.

We may update this Privacy Policy, with notice provided via the App, Site, or email, as required by UAE law. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Compliance with UAE Regulations

We comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on Personal Data Protection and other relevant laws, including regulations from the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA). For VoIP-related features (if applicable), we adhere to TDRA guidelines, which may restrict certain services unless licensed through local telecom providers like Etisalat or du.
